Our wig products are made of Kanekalon fiber, which is a thermostable material also known as "high-temperature resistance fiber." It can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures under 120 degrees Celsius, with the suitable temperature generally being around 70-90 degrees Celsius. However, it's important to be cautious of high temperatures when curling or straightening the hair, as it can cause harm.

It's important to note that our wig products are not suitable for dyeing, as there are no hair squama to maintain color for a long period, and hair cream rinses cannot be washed inside the wig cap.

When it comes to wearing our wigs, the steps are as follows: gently comb the wig with a specialized comb (excluding curly wigs), fix the wig cap using the buckle, and then spray wig care solution and style the wig hair to your preference.

As for cleaning and care, straighten out the wig, put a little shampoo in cold water, soak the wig for 5-10 minutes, gently wash and rinse well with water, dry with a towel, and then let it air dry naturally. You can also spray a bit of care solution for added maintenance.

There are several factors that may cause color differences, including computer monitors, shooting light, camera pixels, and personal understanding of color. This is why there may be slight color variations at times. Our wigs are made with 100% top Kanekalon fiber and are 100% brand new.

Furthermore, all wigs are hand-trimmed, so the hairstyle may differ slightly from batch to batch. The wig cap size has a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches / 51-53 cm, with a 1-2 cm normal error. The size of the wig cap is also adjustable.

Lastly, it's important to keep in mind that the wigs are designed and produced to match the style and color shown in the pictures. However, due to packaging and transport, the product received may look slightly different. If this happens, simply shake the wig before wearing it. Also, shedding may occur, especially when wearing the wig for the first time, and colors may vary slightly depending on personal computer or cellphone monitor settings.
